Hi, beautiful book besties!

I hope the holidays were wonderful and kind to you! For me, I spent most of it editing 2025 releases and even started a secret work in progress. Don’t worry, there’s more to come on that and maybe even a snippet or two.

Bob’s Burgers GIFs and jokes aside, I DO have some news regarding my upcoming releases for this year. But before that, let’s celebrate the good news of attending my VERY FIRST AUTHOR EVENT! Catch me in Arizona at the Chapter 3: Night Court Ball. I will have signed copies and smiles to go ‘round! Also attending will be the wonderful K.D Martin, author of luscious paranormal romances and the most kind and beautiful soul I’m lucky enough to call my bestie. You can read all of her books free on Kindle Unlimited here! If you’re planning to attend this event, you’ll find both of us minglin’ and munchin’ on the bookish snacks so, please come say hi and bask in all of my oversharing glory!

As for my bookish news, the anticipated ending to Luke and Olivia’s story is currently with beta readers! (Screams). Amaryllis Sunset dives deep into the core of love, obsession, and the shadows of unwanted affections. This book was a huge turning point for me in finding my voice as an author and I truly think it’s some of my best work yet! So, if you haven’t already, be sure to snatch up Midnight Daffodil and get ready for heartbreak and hollering!

Midnight Daffodil also has a tiny baby novella accompanying it! It takes place in the middle of the story, so you MUST read Midnight Daffodil first but it is incredibly sweet and steamy (my books are always full of spice)! You can read that for free in KU here. But be warned, this will be leaving KU soon and will only then be available for purchase either in ebook or paperback.

Amaryllis Sunset is now available for PRE-ORDER! I cannot believe this story is almost complete and I can’t wait for you guys to go on the journey with Olivia as she fights (and I do mean FIGHT) her way to an HEA with the oh-so-swoony Luke Ryder.

The Big New Things

Some of you may have noticed already, but there’s a new addition to the Caty-Verse! What is it you ask? Well, I’m a mood reader. My tastes change by the day and even the second sometimes! Which also means that I’m a mood writer. Starting in 2025, I will start incorporating a little sun above my name to indicate it’s a light romance and a moon beside my name for the darker ones. This way, hopefully, it is easy to tell at a glance the level of darkness you’re picking up. I’ll do my best to be incredibly clear so my fellow mood readers can find the perfect read to match the craving!

Eventually, I will trek through my backlog of books to add the changes, but until then, rest assured that everything published by me in 2024 is a dark romance!

Don’t worry, ALL of my books no matter the genre of romance will pack in the spice and heat that we all love! Now that that’s out of the way where were we? Oh, right. There’s an announcement to be made!
